Developing Future Leaders

Ulster Carpets recently partnered with AAB to deliver Accelerate Your Ambition, a leadership development programme designed to support employee growth and strengthen collaboration across the business.

Eleven employees from a variety of departments within the company were selected to take part, bringing together diverse skills and perspectives.

Throughout the programme, participants worked collaboratively to solve business challenges, develop new skills, and gain a broader understanding of how different areas of the organisation contribute to overall success.

The programme provided valuable opportunities to enhance leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while building strong connections across departments, culminating in a final presentation.
