From fibre to finish, every stage of our Axminster carpet journey takes place in-house, giving us complete control over quality, consistency, and the craftsmanship behind every carpet we create.
Our Home
For almost 90 years, Ulster Carpets has called Portadown, Northern Ireland home.
Since 1938, our carpet has been designed, dyed, woven and finished from the same site in Northern Ireland. While our products can be found in casinos, homes and hospitality spaces around the world, our roots remain firmly here, where generations of expertise, craftsmanship and care continue to shape everything we do.
As a fourth generation family business, we believe exceptional products are created by people who stay connected to their craft. Designers, colour specialists, planners, technicians, engineers and weavers work together across our business, combining creativity, skill and experience to bring every project to life.
Our Axminster and Wilton carpets are proudly manufactured in the UK, primarily at our home in Portadown, Northern Ireland.
